I first came up with the idea of my Happy Thoughts Jars in the first lockdown, to help my son Freddie to stay in a positive mind set in the somewhat difficult times!
I tried to purchase one for him but to my surprise, I was unable to find any specifically geared towards children.
So My Little Jar of Happy Thoughts was born! I created these to help children have a positive start to the day, full of self-love and gratitude.
I will be setting up alongside the cake bake on Friday 1st April. The jars are £8 each and I am so happy to be able to have the opportunity to donate £1 of each sale towards Western School's well-being department.
