Curriculum
Music is a universal language and a way to express our bodies and minds working together to bring out our innate sense of rhythm. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to develop their musical potential and we nurture and encourage musical development across the school. At Western, we celebrate this by developing a curiosity and appreciation of different genres of music through listening, singing, playing, evaluating, analysing and composing across a wide variety of styles, traditions and musical genres.
