With 3 children in school and another pending, I’m deeply committed to Western! I have worked in education for over 16 years and worked on 3 different senior leadership teams across a period of 10 years. I’ve worked in a range of areas from safeguarding to raising outcomes. My greatest passion, however, lies in ensuring there is effective literacy for all and I’m excited to currently be working as the programme manager for the brand new NPQ in Leading Literacy for a private training provider. I’m looking forward to contributing to Western’s journey in continuing to be outstanding. My area of responsibility is communication.
